The Grand Opening (24.4.2010)
Tambest Glass Solutions celebrated the launching of the new expanded factory hall, new machinery and the new, uniform corporate image on Friday April 23, 2010 at the Forssa factory with numerous international invited guests.
Along with the expansion of the industrial hall, the whole company's production was transferred to Forssa, under the same roof, to production premises of approx. 10 500 m². The concentration of production activities into a single business location brings the company significant synergy benefits, from the viewpoints of both production and logistics.
The renewed machinery of the company was also introduced at the festive occasion. The ProBend bending-tempering oven supplied by Glaston Oyj can be considered the most significant investment; it will improve the company's competitive strength on the international markets of curved glass.
The company's new name, Tambest Glass Solution Oy Ltd, and its new corporate image were also introduced in the festive occasion. The international corporate name and image illustrate more effectively both the company's present state and the development trend to be pursued.
With the expansion of production premises, transfer of the production into the same location, machine investments and with a new uniform corporate image the company will serve its customers in an even more versatile and customer-oriented manner.
